Library services
The University Library of Rijeka primarily meets the needs of students, teachers and scientists – members of the University of Rijeka, and then members of the community and the economy. It provides its users with a variety of services: lending of materials from its own funds, interlibrary loan
Lending services
Library members can borrow up to 3 titles for a period of one month, but the loan period can be extended for another month, if necessary.
Extending the loan period can be done by phone, but only if it is done before the actual due date. In case the loan period has expired, the items must be returned to the library.
The titles that can be borrowed for use outside of the library, have digit-only call numbers and are printed after 1969.
Editions printed before 1969, cannot be borrowed for use outside of the library.
